Knitting as Meditation: May Session II

The health benefits of knitting have made recent news. Knitting and meditation together - even better! In this class series, Danika will help you discover meditation techniques to calm your mind as you knit or crochet.  You will develop your own sense of calm, centeredness, and well-being. This path to self-awareness and growth has the same benefits of a walking meditation or mindfulness meditation, however here, you get to handcraft and make beautiful things for yourself and your loved ones. This course works best for those who already know the basics of how to knit or crochet. Drop by the shop to register and choose your project.  Maximum: 6 students $15 (3-session series)
